Q: Why is my profile rejected?
A: The profile gets the status of the rejected profile if you constantly violates the terms of the website. For example you send personal contact information, external links through the internal messenger or indicate it in public fields of your profile, you upload pictures of animals, children, porno pictures.
Q: How can I purchase credits?
A: We offer you several methods of payment. You can choose the most convenient for you.
Q: How much does 1 credit cost?
A: The price depends on the amount of credits you want to purchase. The minimal price per credits is 1 dollar.
100 credits or more: $1 for each credit
55-99 credits: $1.09 for each credit
20-54 credits: $2 for each credit
Q: Are you compliant with the IMBRA law?
A: We are compliant with IMBRA law. Upon request you will get IMBRA release that you might need for applying for her fiancee visa later. Also USA citizen (member of the Girls-Ru) should apply IMBRA form if he wants to get personal contact information of the lady he corresponds.
Q: I cannot send letters to the lady. It says I have unopened letters.
A: To protect the privacy of our members and to prevent spam, our system does not allow users to send a message to a member from whom you have 2 or more unopened messages. If you want to send him or her a message, you need to go back to your Communicator and open mail from her or him first. If you have accidentally deleted those unopened messages, please contact the operator.
Q: How can I request lady's contact information?
A: According to the rules of the website you'll get lady's contact info for free if you open 15 payable letters from the her.
But in some cases if you have some urgent reasons (soon trip and etc) we can suggest you the so-called 'Expedite service'. For a $50 non-refundable fee we try to get lady's authorization to give you her contact details. If she says "no" then you just lose your $50. That's why you should apply for this option if you're sure that the lady agrees to disclosure of her contact details to you.
Q: How can I meet the lady?

Q: How can I make my photos invisible for everyone except some members?
A: You can make your photos private. You need:
1. Go to "My profile" area.
2. Find the "private photo passwords" field. Write there any word which will be this password.
3. Go to "Upload photos" and upload a photo you want to make private. Don't upload into Slot1.
4. In front of this photo you'll see a small box saying "Make private". Click on it and the photo will become hidden.
5. Contact another member and give them your private photo password.
Q: I can't see photos of some members. It says I should fill in the password. How can I get it?
A: There are 2 ways of getting access to other member's private photos:
1. Manually: send her a message and ask her to send you her private_photo_password.
2. Online/automatic: in her Photo area click "Submit request for password" button and wait till she grants you access through her Communicator lists.
